Interview – A Nightmare
A single word “Interview” is great enough to give someone a nightmare and hundreds of shivering before even getting for face to face interview round. However one should understand that interview in layman language is a round table discussion of like /dislikes ,interest and other factors which an interviewer is searching for in his candidate. And if an interviewer is grilling you on every question then might be he /she is expecting an answer which could satisfy him/her that they are going to hire a right candidate for the organization . No one is as perfect as to judge someone in single meet there are hundreds of factors which plays an important role in selecting perfect fit for a job .Even if you are facing your interview for the first time in your life be confident about yourself and don’t try to impress interviewer by providing fake information because whenever you are trying to be real by fake efforts definitely you will get nightmares even after joining the organization.
