“Choose the Right Get the right “ hiring is a stage where you need to place right candidate at right job and nurture the skills which is required to complete a job assign …..So job of HR professional starts at a point where you need to find out right candidate with all the aspects of required skills ,one who is culture fit to you ,with technology know how ,one who has a knowledge of market and others .Here Now the question is how you will find someone and how you can judge whether the person is right or wrong as a person is judged on his/her performance during interview and the fact is we as HR Professionals sometimes failed in this step only because every coin has two faces one which is showed during interview and other which we get to know after sending some time with the candidate So in short answer to the question is we need understand the nature /expectations of the person with whom one is going to work as team because he is the only one who will make the statement “Choose the Right Get the right” true or false .
